All sales made through our website are final. Due to the nature of our products and in order to maintain affordable prices, ***we do not offer refunds***. 

 

**Exceptions:**

1. Damaged Items**: If you receive an item that is damaged, we will offer a replacement of the same item only.

2. **Incorrect Orders**: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us for a replacement of the correct item.

 

**Appropriate Steps for Issues:**

1. **Contact Us Promptly**: If there is an issue with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer service within [7] days of receiving your order. 2. **Review and Approval**: Our team will review your request and, once approved, provide instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect item for an exchange.

**Important Notes:**

- All item issues must be reported within [7] days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.

- Shipping costs for the return of non-faulty items are not covered by [Captivating Concepts]. Unless The We Are At Fault

- We reserve the right to deny exchanges based on the condition of the item returned. Items must be shipped back unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
